Question 1

How do I pay with MonCash or NatCash?

Accepted Answer

At checkout, choose MonCash or NatCash. Send the exact order amount to the merchant number: - MonCash: +509 3777-6294 - NatCash: +509 5536-0644 Then enter, in the payment window, the phone number that paid and the transaction ID received by SMS. Our team checks the payment and moves your order to "Processing"; follow its status in "My orders". Send the proof quickly: an order left pending without proof of payment may be cancelled after about 2 hours to release the stock.

Question 2

How do I pay by bank deposit or transfer?

Accepted Answer

At checkout, choose "Bank deposit or transfer" and confirm the order. The order page shows the exact amount for each account: - BUH USD : 27000070543 (MEME ERGY) - BUH HTG : 27000073399 (MEME ERGY) - UNIBANK USD : 510221630494391 (Naydère Dorastin) After paying, enter on that page the account used, the payer's name, a phone number and the deposit slip or transfer number. Our team checks it and moves your order to "Processing". Declare your proof within 48 hours: without proof, the order is cancelled to release the stock. For a USD account, the amount uses the day's exchange rate.

Question 3

Can I pay by card or on delivery?

Accepted Answer

Card payment (Visa, Mastercard…) is offered at checkout when it is enabled: it is secured by our payment provider, and NAYDOR SHOP never sees your card number. Cash on delivery is available when the option is shown for your order. Prices are set in gourdes (HTG). The currency selector (HTG, USD, DOP) only shows an indicative conversion at today's rate.

Question 4

What are the delivery times and fees?

Accepted Answer

Fees depend on your delivery zone and are shown at checkout, before you confirm. Pick-up at our store is free. An estimated delivery date (usually about 4 days) is shown in your order details. For an item "available within N days", delivery is estimated after its availability date.

Question 5

How do I track my order?

Accepted Answer

Open "My orders" then the order: the timeline shows its status (pending, processing, shipped, delivered). Once shipped, the carrier and tracking number appear there. Any question? Message us on WhatsApp at +509 3844-3786 with your order number.

Question 6

How do I return an item?

Accepted Answer

You have 14 days after delivery to request a return: "My orders" → the order → "Request a return". Choose the items, quantities and reason. Our team reviews the request and gets back to you. Only one request can be open at a time per order.

Question 7

How am I refunded?

Accepted Answer

Once the return is approved, you are refunded as store credit added automatically to your account (usable on your next orders), or manually (MonCash or cash) depending on the case. The refund matches the price paid for the returned items.

Question 8

What is a pre-order?

Accepted Answer

Some out-of-stock items can still be ordered as a pre-order. Depending on the item, you pay in full now or only a deposit (percentage shown on the product page), with the balance due on delivery. Your order is fulfilled as soon as stock arrives; the announced lead time is shown on the product page.

Question 9

What does "available within N days" mean?

Accepted Answer

This badge marks an item you can order now that will be available N days after your order (usually 8 days). A countdown is shown in your order details. If the date changes, it is updated there automatically.

Question 10

How do loyalty points work?

Accepted Answer

You earn 1 point per 100 HTG spent, credited when the order is delivered. From 100 points, exchange them for a promo code from your profile (1 point = 0.50 HTG, i.e. 50 HTG for 100 points). Your accumulated points move you from Bronze to Silver (300 points) then Gold (800 points).

Question 11

How do I refer a friend?

Accepted Answer

Your referral code is shown in your profile. When a friend signs up with it, you each receive 50 loyalty points.

Question 12

How do I use a gift card?

Accepted Answer

A gift card has a code like GIFT-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX. Enter it in your profile: its amount is added to your store credit. At checkout, tick "use my store credit": it is deducted from the order total.

Question 13

I didn't receive the verification code

Accepted Answer

At sign-up (and at login while your address is not verified), a 6-character code is emailed to you. It is valid for 60 seconds and 5 attempts are allowed. Not received? Check your spam folder, then click "send a new code" (the previous one is cancelled). You can also click the link in the email.

Question 14

I forgot my password

Accepted Answer

On the login page, click "Forgot password?" and enter your email address: you will receive a link to choose a new one (at least 10 characters).

Question 15

How do I become a reseller on NAYDOR?

Accepted Answer

Click "Sell on NAYDOR" (footer) and fill in the application, accepting the terms. Our team reviews it and notifies you by email. Once approved, your reseller space is protected by mandatory two-factor authentication (authenticator app). Your products are reviewed before publication and carry your shop's badge.

Question 16

Reseller commissions and payouts

Accepted Answer

NAYDOR collects online payments and takes a 10% commission on your sales. Your balance is visible in your space (ledger). You can request a payout (MonCash, NatCash or bank transfer) from a 500 HTG balance.
