1. Data controller

2. Data we collect
Account: username, email, password (encrypted, never readable by us), optional profile photo, optional date of birth. Orders: delivery addresses, phone, items, amounts, payment method; for MonCash/NatCash, the paying number and transaction ID. We never see or store bank card numbers: they are handled directly by the payment provider. Website use: technical logs (IP address, pages viewed, device), reviews, questions, messages to customer service and conversations with the shopping assistant.

3. Why we use it
To process your orders, payments, deliveries and returns; manage your account, loyalty points and store credit; answer you; prevent fraud and secure the website (email verification, blocking abusive login attempts); improve the website from aggregated statistics; and, unless you object, send you emails about your orders and offers.

4. Marketing emails
Every promotional email contains a one-click unsubscribe link; you can also manage your preferences from your profile. Order-related emails (confirmation, shipping) are still sent. We may also message you on WhatsApp, at the number on your account or order, about a cart, an unpaid order or a product that is available again. Reply STOP to no longer receive these sales reminders; messages about an order in progress may continue.

5. Cookies and local storage
We use necessary cookies: login session, security (CSRF), chosen language and currency. If you arrive through a link from our social networks, a NAYDOR SHOP measurement cookie remembers that post for 7 days, to show which posts lead to a cart or an order; it is not shared with anyone. To count one click per visitor per day, we keep an encrypted fingerprint of your connection and browser, never your IP address. Your browser also stores locally the theme, recently viewed products and stories already seen. No advertising cookies; our visit and performance statistics are anonymous and aggregated, without cookies.

6. Who we share it with
Only with the providers needed for the service: payment operators (MonCash, NatCash, card provider), couriers (name, phone and address of the delivery concerned), partner resellers for orders of their products, email and WhatsApp/SMS delivery, website hosting, and the artificial intelligence provider of the shopping assistant (your questions, without your payment details). We never sell your data.

7. Retention
Account: while it is active. Orders and invoices: as long as accounting obligations require. Shopping assistant conversations and performance measurements: 90 days. Administration security log: 365 days. Marketing preferences: until you unsubscribe.

8. Security
Encrypted connection (HTTPS), encrypted passwords, email verification, two-factor authentication (mandatory for resellers, available to staff), protection against repeated login attempts, regular backups.

9. Your rights
You can view and correct your information from your profile, request a copy or the deletion of your account, and object to marketing emails, by writing to ingmemeergy@gmail.com or on WhatsApp. Some order data may be kept for our legal obligations.

10. Changes
This policy may change; the update date is shown at the top of the page.

Meta advertising cookie: if you accept it in the site banner, Meta's pixel (Facebook, Instagram) records the product pages you view, items added to the cart and purchases (products, amount in HTG). It is used to measure our ads and show you our products on those networks. Without your consent it is not loaded. You can change your mind at any time with the "Manage cookies" link at the bottom of the page. Meta processes this data under its own privacy policy.
