Zones, fees, timing and parcel tracking
Fees depend on your delivery zone and are shown at checkout, before you confirm. Pick-up at our store is free.
An estimated delivery date (usually about 4 days) is shown in your order details. For an item "available within N days", delivery is estimated after its availability date.
Direct link to this answerOpen "My orders" then the order: the timeline shows its status (pending, processing, shipped, delivered). Once shipped, the carrier and tracking number appear there.
