Send an item back and get refunded
You have 14 days after delivery to request a return: "My orders" → the order → "Request a return". Choose the items, quantities and reason.
Our team reviews the request and gets back to you. Only one request can be open at a time per order.
Direct link to this answerOnce the return is approved, you are refunded as store credit added automatically to your account (usable on your next orders), or manually (MonCash or cash) depending on the case. The refund matches the price paid for the returned items.
